Return Policy

At My Generation, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If within 14 days of your purchase, you are dissatisfied with the quality, construction, styling or finish of our products, you may return your purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged through normal wear and tear.

You can return merchandise through the mail for a refund or a replacement. To return merchandise through the mail, begin by printing and completing the Return Form. Package the merchandise securely and include the Return Form. Send us your return via the shipper of your choice. You are responsible for postage.

Cancellation Policy

For orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement, you will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours have elapsed from your placement of the order. To cancel an order, contact My Generation.
